• Subscription management: Added a new ‘Export as CSV’ option to About > Registration > Subscriptions. • SSO enforcement: System administrators can now hide the standard username and password login fields on the User Web Interface when Microsoft or Google SSO is enabled. This ensures users authenticate via your organization’s SSO and MFA policies, reducing login confusion and improving security. [PO-1251]
• Multiple Scan to Email destinations: System administrators and users can now specify multiple email recipients in a single scan action by separating addresses with a comma or semicolon. This update supports manual entries, variables (like {{user.email}}), and CSV-based data lookups, removing the need for external distribution groups. [PO-375]
• Device management: End-of-Life (EOL) indicators: Introduced visual identifiers, including an orange highlight and a warning icon, for device types that have reached their End-of-Life status. A summary banner with a link to the official EOL policy will also appear on the Device List page if these devices are in use. [PO-3842]
• Shared Account API: Added a new Web Services API method to manage Shared Accounts using their unique security PIN or internal ID. This allows administrators and integrators to programmatically update or rename accounts using static identifiers rather than relying solely on the account name, providing more reliable integrations. Fixes

• Fixed an issue with Integrated Scanning where referencing a non-existent field ID in an email or folder destination could cause a silent job failure. [PO-4070]
• Fixed an issue for SQL Server environments using custom database schemas where upgrades could fail with the error: ‘Cannot find the object dbo.tbl_printer_usage_log’. [PO-4032]
• Fixed a minor display issue in the Email to Print Login web interface where certain action buttons could appear incorrectly sized. [PO-3502]
• Fixed an issue for Microsoft SQL Server users in high-concurrency environments that could cause intermittent performance delays. The endorsed Microsoft JDBC driver has been updated to v13.2.1 to improve connection stability and system reliability at scale. See known issue PO-3966 for more information.

• Ricoh 3.2.14*: Fixed an issue where an incorrect ‘Out of Credit’ message would display for a logged-in user when another user printed. [CDSS-6646]
• Kyocera 3.3.6*: Fixed an issue where the ‘Mask Identity Number’ setting was not honoured during keyboard entry. [CDSS-5185]
• HP OXP:
  • Fixed an issue where rapid card swipes or swiping during logout could result in truncated or incomplete card numbers being read, resulting in failed logins. [CDSS-6574]
  • Fixed an issue where card swipes could intermittently fail or result in truncated card numbers during periods of high server load. [CDSS-6483]
• Toshiba: Fixed an issue impacting multiple models where the Access Device button would occasionally fail to appear on the print release screen. [CDSS-6645]

Print Provider

• XPDF 3rd party library upgrades. [PIE-966]
• Fixed an issue that caused a discrepancy between the reported page count and the actual MFP output when printing in Simplified Chinese characters. [PIE-1025]
• Fixed an issue on Windows affecting some HP printer drivers where documents set to print in grayscale would still print in color. [PIE-1028]
• Fixed an issue on Windows where users were not automatically refunded for failed print jobs. [PIE-1029]

Security

• Updated several internal system components, including Log4j, to improve the overall security posture and minimize false positives reported by vulnerability scanners. [PO-3935]
