PaperCut MF 25.0.5 (Build 74513)
Posted on 30 October 2025 11:23 AM
Print Provider version 111.2.6.9010
Print Deploy server version 1.9.2932

Enhancements

  • Added the listPrinterAccessGroups method to the Web Services API . This new method allows administrators to programmatically retrieve a list of all user groups that have access to a specific printer. [PO-1505]

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused some sites upgrading from version 23 to experience an Application Server crash due to an Unknown external device type error during entitlement sync. See known issue PO-3727 for more information.
  • Fixed an issue where the list of JPEG files that is produced via Integrated Scanning did not pad the file name with leading zeros (for example, saving as “_1.jpg” instead of “_001.jpg”). [PO-3011]
  • Fixed an issue where the linked print queues for a Direct Print Monitor printer were not displayed under Printers > PRINTERNAME > Queues. See known issue PO-3694 for more information.
  • Fixed an issue where some Konica Minolta device integrations would fail when the server’s region was set to Arabic (Saudi Arabia). [PO-3663]
  • Fixed an issue that caused Integrated Scanning to fail for PDFs that required automatic rotation. This problem occurred when the system attempted to rotate a PDF, which resulted in a scan job failing to complete. See known issue PO-3654 for more information.
  • Fixed an issue where the About > Registration page loaded slowly or failed to load in environments with a large number of registered devices. See known issue PO-3603 for more information.
  • Fixed an issue where using a variable like [field] in a Scan to Folder path with a CSV data source would fail because a specific column wasn’t referenced (for example, [field.1]). The system now correctly defaults to using the value from the first column, preventing the job from failing. [PO-3499]
  • Fixed an issue where recently used accounts were not sorted at the top of the account list on some devices connected to a Site Server. This fix ensures that the most recently used accounts are easily accessible, saving users from having to manually search for them. [PO-3415]
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Environment Dashboard from loading. See known issue PO-3707 for more information.
  • Fixed an issue where the “Get Started” button on Sharp OSA devices wasn’t visible when the login language was set to Hungarian. The button container now scrolls automatically to ensure the button is visible. [PO-3680]
  • Fixed an issue with Integrated Scanning’s ‘Scan to Folder’ and ‘Archived Scans’ features, where slashes in file names would cause save errors. [PO-3403]
