Added a link to the web UI login page that will display instructions on what to do if a user has forgotten their password. Added configuration items on the Options page to disable (on by default) and to change the displayed text - found under Options > General > Branding. PO-1092

- Fixed an issue on Kyocera Iris2020 devices where pressing the device’s logout button whilst logged into PaperCut would cause the device to display a white screen. CDSS-2013
- Fixed issue in which on screen keyboard password input on TAxx54ci devices defaulted to caps lock. CDSS-2062
- Fixed an issue on the Kyocera embedded where setting ext-device.print-as-duplex-by-default or ext-device.print-as-grayscale-by-default would not be respected when releasing jobs. CDSS-1789
Konica-Minolta i-Option: Scan To Fax: Usability improvement on Konica Minolta devices by disabling start hard key until at least one recipient is added. CDSS-2243
