Print Provider version
Print Deploy server version 1.7.2253

  • Removed restriction that stopped admins from either creating or editing scan actions that didn’t have PDF selected as a file type when deskew and/or despeckle was turned on. SC-1518
  • Improved work flow of internal user self-registration by ensuring that the end user can see their own PIN in an email delivered to them if they could not or did not choose their own PIN. If the admin does not allow self selection of PINs for self registration, they must enforce 2 rules: 1) the user must enter an email address; and 2) email confirmation must be sent. For new installations only, tick box “Also email confirmation message to user” is now by default ticked. Admin creation of new internal users is not affected. PO-1122, PO-1210

  • Improved application server health check performance. PO-1116

  • Minor security improvement. PO-1062
  • Removed some redundant libraries. PO-861

    • Added validation on at least one recipient required to start scan to fax on Konica Minolta. CDSS-2037
  • Sharp OSA:
    • Mixed mode scanning on SHARP devices was not officially supported but could be enabled. This could lead to MF becoming unresponsive. This is now fixed and SHARP can now do mixed-size scanning. CDSS-1890
    • Fixed an issue where user couldn’t cancel integrated scanning on Sharp devices. CDSS-1955
  • HP OXP HP devices were prioritising PDF/A. This meant the user could not scan “normal” PDF files on HP. This has been changed so that HP devices will default scan in PDF format, and if the customer wants PDF/A, “Convert to PDF/A” can be toggled for the specific scan configuration. CDSS-1957
