  • Web Print on Windows: Fixed an issue that caused Web Print jobs with a combination of different multibyte characters in the file name to get stuck in rendering state and eventually time out. PC-15912

  • HP Printers: Fixed an issue on the PaperCut MF Admin web interface that caused toner retrieval information to not display in the printer's Toner Status. PC-15763
  • Fixed an issue in environments with Hold/Release queue managers that incorrectly charged jobs to a user's personal account when Users > Account Selection > When shared account is selected > Charge personal account (and allocate to shared account for reporting) was configured, instead of the account selected by the release manager (since 18.2.0).   • Integrated Scanning: Fixed an issue to ensure that the device's Scan Actions screen does not display Scan to Email, if SMTP Server Options has not been configured in the PaperCut MF Admin web interface (Options > Notifications) PC-15730
  • Fixed an issue that prevented access to device functions and Integrated Scanning when users were configured with the following Account Selection options:
    • Print account selection > Automatically charge to a single shared account, and
    • When shared account is selected > Charge personal account (and allocate to shared account for reporting)

  • Kyocera (HyPAS) version 2.4.2*:
    • Fixed layout issues that could cause text to be truncated for some languages. MAC-5828
    • Fixed an issue on the Held Print Jobs screen that failed to reflect the true state of checkboxes based on user selection. MAC-5886
  • Sharp OSA (HTML Browser n2.0+):
    • Fixed an issue that incorrectly included potentially sensitive data (account credentials) in the debug server logs. MAC-5871

  • Toshiba (e-Bridge Open Platform V3+):
    • Fixed a rare issue that caused the device to display an error when users clicked the Print Release icon, preventing them from releasing held print jobs. PC-15927
    • Fixed an issue when a user logged out while a scan job was in progress that failed to send the completed scan job to the user. MAC-5862
  • Xerox (EIP):
    • 1.5+: Fixed an issue that caused inconsistencies in the way PaperCut MF allows or denies, and tracks device jobs (such as, copy, scan, fax, USB-printing). PC-14760

Other Notes:

  • If you are running v19.0.1, there is NO database upgrade.
